CD Asia compiles and digitizes files, records and other documents into a customized, easy-to-use database. The documents are classified, tagged and linked according to client specifications and engineered with a powerful search and retrieval software. The documents may also be linked to the complete text or specific provisions of legislative, executive, and judicial issuances cited therein, culled from CD Asia’s extensive library of legal materials, which may be useful in meeting the client’s research requirements.
Case and Records Management Systems (CRMS)
CD Asia has developed case and records management systems for different government agencies and private companies. The CRMS application involves the creation of a modular system, customizable to the client’s needs, to facilitate the processing, distribution and assignment of documents. It includes a facility for the retrieval of critical information as part of effective case and file management.
Conferences and Trainings
CD Asia has standardized training modules on Legal Writing, Grammar, and Legal Research, basic skills that are important for a more effective and efficient practice.
It also customizes Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminars for clients, according to fields of specialization or areas of practice, drawing from a pool of well-respected, expert resource persons. CD Asia has organized and implemented MCLE activities in Manila as well as Las Vegas, New Jersey and Los Angeles, all in the U.S.A. Our services include securing the required credits and certifications from the MCLE office.
