Position: (1) Field Customer Service Representative (for Cebu Branch Office)
A Field CSR functions:
- Deliver and install CD Asia Products in a single computer and/or in a network environment both in Metro Manila and in the provinces
- Train end user/s, individually or through classroom- type training, on how to maximize the use of the product for legal research
- Provide technical support
- Accomplish reports and documentation
- Act as an In-house CSR one (1) day per week
Qualifications:
- Amiable & presentable because he/she will be one of CD Asia’s front liners
- Must possess technical aptitude and computer skills
- Trustworthy, efficient and fit for field work
- Capable of multi-tasking because CSRs also assist other departments in their activities
- Willing to go the extra mile, willing to sell & willing to travel
- Must possess qualifications of In-house CSR not enumerated above
- Preferably graduate of any four-year computer-related course

Qualifications :
- Graduate of communication arts or marketing-related course
- Possesses a pleasing personality and the ability to interact well with others
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Tagalog
- Computer-literate (knowledge of legal research software is preferred)
- Possesses good moral character
- Previous experience in marketing and/or sales preferred
- Willing and able to travel
