CD Asia provides services that include data conversion, imaging and archiving. Focus is on the design and creation of research systems and customized databases that integrate the client’s data with legal research materials culled from the company’s universal databases. Documents and other materials are converted to electronic format by means of scanning and/or manual encoding. Following a multi-stepped process of proofreading and formatting, the documents are classified, tagged and linked according to the client’s specifications. A search and retrieval software is then integrated, thereby creating a unique database with customized and user-friendly features.
