CD Asia was established in 1994 by a group of young professionals, majority of whom are lawyers. A pioneering venture in the field of electronic publishing in the Philippines, its thrust in the industry is two-fold: the authoring and publication of legal resources in various media (e.g., CD-ROM, online and book), as well as electronic data conversion and archiving.
